Welcome a-bored

आते हैं गैब से यह मज़ामी ख़याल में,
ग़ालिब सरीर-ए-खामा नवाए सुरोश है
These thoughts that I commit to words come straight from the unknown,
The susurrus my quill doth make, is in fact the angel who spake.

Humans & Animals

Humans & Animals

They both have instincts for actions governed by -

1.Hunger/Thirst

2.Fear/Insecurity

3.Sleep

4.Sex (reproduction)

Where they differ

1.Boredom

2.Quest for love & care

3.Seek fun, joy, pleasure, happiness

2. & 3. are symptoms of need for freedom/liberation

But by all means we have only gained

PAIN, FEAR & ANXIETY (DOUBT)

Which leads to more craving for acquisition & recognition (sharing)

Our ultimate insecurity reflects which is DEATH

"Inactivity is the key to liberation."

  1. Dear friend,

I think the similarities between animals and humans is apt however the distinction is open for discussion. I personally believe that animals (at least some of them) do seek love and they do seek happiness and fun, may be because they have been in human touch for long and have traded their instincts with us.
