Welcome a-bored

आते हैं गैब से यह मज़ामी ख़याल में,
ग़ालिब सरीर-ए-खामा नवाए सुरोश है
These thoughts that I commit to words come straight from the unknown,
The susurrus my quill doth make, is in fact the angel who spake.

Reality as we see it.....

Our assumptions take us on various rides of tides of feelings, beliefs, emotions, etc. They are affected directly by our atmosphere, company & exposure, resulting in various conditioning.

Love-hate, care-neglect, hope-despair, excite-dull, joy-sorrow, pain-pleasure, etc. all prevail in our mind irrespective of physical reality. It is not at all related with the virtual or subtle reality of our mind.  You dwell into one and it will definitely lead you to the other end. Its like a harmonic motion. If we pull ourself to one end, with no delibarate effort you will get to the other end. Its not required to quit any of these, but the association has to be quit.

Let things be and you also be, dont fight the tides but dont even flow with the tide. Stay where you are, have always been and will always be (in your casual 'self'). It is your fundamental state from where all rise and dissolve.

Things dont change or get affected in full accordance of your mind & hence we struggle with the physical results. Only your casual state has the power to exercise full control over the percieved reality. You just have to purely be who you are. Your mind is yours totally & once you start using it, stop being governed, your life actually begins. Consequently the mind stops getting affected by any physical state.

Bliss is our most natural (casual state) state & it has no antonym. You can differentiate it with joy or happiness by knowing that bliss doesnt depend on or need any external factor of our physical & subtle state.

  1. Dear Friend,

"Your mind is yours totally & once you start using it, stop being governed, your life actually begins. Consequently the mind stops getting affected by any physical state."

    Very well said!

But how does one leave all the worldliness that's around and not be affected by it. I am sure it does not mean we escape from these 'realities' and run into one of the forests. Reaching a state of mind that does not see the splendor all around us, is it fair?
